Jason advises in civil litigation, debt collection in all jurisdictions, with a particular focus on personal and corporate insolvency, He represents clients in disputes concerning Creditors’ Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Notices, Sequestration Orders as well as acting in post insolvency recovery actions. Jason also has experience in the registration and enforcement of foreign judgments.
